About us

Theo (Belgian) & Blanca (Spanish) offer you an extensive package of services regarding key holding , home management, maintenance and more… 

Because we used a key holder for the management and maintenance of our apartment in Cabo Roig for a few years, we are now well familiar with most needs, possible bottlenecks or uncomfortable situations (when renting out). 

Thanks to this experience(s), we can also assist you with practical tips and advice to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Inspection visit twice a month

Check windows, doors, locks (and alarm)
