Located in a gated residence between a quiet cul-de-sac and a green zone with fauna and flora. It gives that relaxing Mediterranean feeling all year round. 

This zone behind the building also provides a nice walk to the sea and beach in just a few minutes.

Reservation

To secure the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price must be paid by bank transfer within one week.

The remaining 70% must be paid at least 60 days before arrival.

If the arrival date is within less than 60 days, the full amount must be paid.


Guarantee

When booking, we ask for a guarantee of €250 into our bank account (separately from the deposit ! ).

This amount will be refunded within two days after departure.  Of course, when there is no damage caused to the home and/or its contents. 

The tenant has to report any damage immediately.


Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, the guarantee will be refunded at all times.

By cancelling more than 60 days before the arrival date, the full deposit will also be refunded.

By cancelling less than 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
